Demo Reel

A concise showcase of my most engaging design work, featuring brand identities, motion graphics, and digital illustrations. This reel highlights my approach to clean composition, purposeful typography, and visually driven storytelling. Curated to reflect my versatility and creative problem-solving, it offers a quick glimpse into the style and craft behind my design process.

Exhibit Posters

A collection of posters created for both a time-themed social issue clock exhibit and a digital online exhibit, using bold imagery, purposeful typography, and clear messaging to highlight the urgency and relevance of each topic. The clock-inspired pieces incorporate symbolic time elements to emphasize how moments and years shape these challenges, while the online-focused designs prioritize accessibility and visual impact for screen-first viewing. Together, the series is crafted to inform, spark conversation, and encourage viewers to engage more deeply with the social issues presented.

Promotional Cube

This project shifted my work from 2D design into 3D through the creation of a promotional cube, where each panel functioned both independently and as part of a cohesive whole. I developed a clear visual system, established hierarchy, and considered how viewers would interact with the piece. After researching packaging designs, I sketched multiple concepts and translated them into a digital cube with consistent scale, proportion, and placement. Typography, imagery, and composition worked together to create a convincing 3D presence. The final minimalistic cube clearly communicated the essence of the chosen product.

First Pour Website

I designed a coffee-focused website that allowed me to apply the UI/UX principles I had been learning. Throughout the project, I explored user flow, hierarchy, accessibility, and clear visual communication to create an intuitive and engaging experience. Each page was structured to guide users smoothly through the process of learning about and making coffee, with thoughtful layout choices, warm imagery, and purposeful typography supporting the theme. By combining functional interface design with inviting visuals, the final website offered a user-friendly, aesthetically cohesive experience that reflected both my growing understanding of UI/UX and the craft of coffee-making.

Critical Limit
Campaign

I developed a multi-platform climate change campaign featuring a poster, Instagram carousel, app design, and T-shirt, all designed to inspire urgent action. Using a dark, intense visual tone, I aimed to convey the severity of the issue and capture attention across mediums. Typography, imagery, and interactive elements were crafted to reinforce urgency and engagement while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. The campaign’s goal was to provoke awareness, inspire reflection, and motivate action against climate change.

Digital Collage

I created a digital photo collage wallpaper inspired by a place that holds personal meaning, combining photographs, digitally created imagery, and typography to reflect its significance. Using Adobe Photoshop, I applied tools and techniques learned in class while adhering to technical specifications for size, resolution, orientation, color mode, and file type. The design thoughtfully considered composition, contrast, repetition, alignment, proximity, and visual hierarchy to ensure a cohesive and engaging visual experience. By blending personal inspiration with intentional design choices, the final wallpaper communicates a strong sense of place in a creative and visually compelling way.

6c - Six Cosmetics

I developed a professional visual identity centered on the letter-number symbol 6C, combining the two forms into a cohesive and original mark. Beginning as a study in form-making, I then created a fictitious company name that aligned with the symbol and its industry context. The project included a logo, a primary signature with tagline, mockup applications, and a business system featuring a business card, envelope, and letterhead, ensuring a consistent, professional brand presentation.

Poster In Motion

I created a 60-second animation by transforming a selected poster design into a dynamic motion graphics sequence. The project began with analyzing and deconstructing the poster to identify its key elements, theme, and visual style. I then conceptualized a visual narrative, developed a storyboard and animatic, and planned the sequence to bring the poster to life. Using motion graphics principles such as timing, pacing, composition, and transitions, I animated the design in Adobe After Effects, integrating visual effects and audio elements to enhance storytelling. The final animation maintained the original poster’s aesthetic while expanding its concept into a compelling, fully realized visual experience.

Fender Stamps

I designed a set of four stamps for the United States Postal Service inspired by Fender guitars, celebrating their impact on American music and culture. The project began with researching existing USPS stamps and exploring the history and significance of Fender guitars to ensure a unique and meaningful theme. I sketched multiple concepts and refined them through several iterations to create cohesive and visually engaging designs. The final stamps were applied to professional mockups, showcasing a polished and complete set that honors Fender’s legacy while demonstrating careful consideration of composition, color, and visual hierarchy.

Zenith Packaging

I created a structural and visual packaging design for Zenith, a fictitious brand of incense sticks, combining product concept, branding, and technical execution. The project involved naming the product, designing a logo, selecting brand colors, fonts, and artwork, and applying these elements to dielines and renderings. I focused on a limited color palette and a strong celestial aesthetic to create an emotional and visually striking connection with the audience. The packaging balances proportion, harmony, and scale to ensure both visual appeal and functionality, while positioning Zenith as part of a cohesive brand ecosystem. The final presentation demonstrates a fully realized, print-ready package ready for production.

Climate Change Clock

I designed a 12-inch analog clock to explore climate change, focusing on the melting of Antarctic ice. The clock face featured a glacier that gradually shrinks in real time, driven by data from an ice sheet mass balance chart. I integrated the word “MELTING,” manipulating the letters to appear as cracked ice, linking the passage of time conceptually to environmental loss. Through sketches, type experiments, and material studies, I developed a design that communicates urgency while remaining a functional timepiece.

Meltdown Exhibit and Booklet

I designed a climate change exhibit focused on Antarctic ice melt, consisting of an exhibit board and an accompanying booklet. The exhibit board presented key data, imagery, and infographics to engage viewers at a glance, while the booklet provided both a deeper narrative on the topic and a detailed look at the design process behind the board. The project emphasized a cohesive visual system, using contrast, hierarchy, and readability to make the information clear, impactful, and accessible. The final presentation combined aesthetic clarity with educational purpose, encouraging awareness and action on climate change.
